Mr. Joseph Stann
Mr. Stann is a native to the Middletown Valley and was a scout in Troop 476 in the 1990s. He’s is a member of the Amangamek-Wipit Lodge, BSA Order of the Arrow (the National Honor Society of Scouting) and is a Wood badge graduate (Beaver patrol). Mr. Stann brings great scout skills and an engineering background to the troop.

Mr. Joey Stann – Eagle class of 2022
Joey grew up in the Pack and Troop earning his Eagle in 2022. He is a student at Frederick Community College and has a strong engineering background. He serves on Aquatics Staff at Camp Sinoquipe. He is also active in the Amangamek-Wipit Lodge, BSA Order of the Arrow (the National Honor Society of Scouting).

Mr. Steven Caho NREMT-P Eagle class of 2005
Steve grew up in Pack and Troop 476 going from Tigar Cub to Eagle. Steve is a Firefighter/ Paramedic and has served as EMS Captain at the Middletown Volunteer Fire Company. Steve serves on leadership staff at Camp Catoctin and teaches Wilderness First Aid and CPR. He is a member of the Amangamek-Wipit Lodge, BSA Order of the Arrow (the National Honor Society of Scouting).

Mrs. Victoria Caho
Victoria is new to the scouting family but has considerable outdoor experiences. She is a volunteer firefighter/EMT in Middletown and is an accomplished Equestrian.

Mr. Alan Caho
Mr. Caho has served with Troop 476 in various positions including Scoutmaster and Venture Advisor since 2000. He is a retired law enforcement officer and fire/EMS volunteer. He has also served as a Public Safety Chaplain and continues to serve with Southern Baptist Disaster Relief as a Chaplain and unit leader. He serves at Camp Catoctin as a First Aid Merit Badge Instructor. Mr. Caho earned his Wood Badge (Fox Patrol) in 2015.

Mr. Edwin Stanfield – Eagle Class of 1954
Mr. Stanfield started his scouting career as a Cub Scout in 1947. In 1953 he attended the 3rd National Jamboree in Irvine Ranch, CA. In 1954 he went to Philmont Scout Reservation, was on Staff at Camp Rock Enon (VA), and joined the Order of the Arrow. Since then, he has been to two World Jamborees, been a Rover Scout in the Philippines, and Sea Scout. He has served as a Scoutmaster of Troop 16 in Falling Waters, WV. He earned his Wood Badge (Bobwhite Patrol) in 1996 and is a Merit Badge Councilor for Aviation, Communications, and all Citizenship badges. Mr. Stanfield also served in the US Navy specializing in airborne anti-submarine warfare. He has had three sons earn their Eagle rank in Troop 476.

Bruce Albright – Eagle Class of 1968
Bruce Albright has been active in Scouting since 1960 as a cub scout. As a member of Troop 47 in Warwick, NY, he received his Eagle
Scout rank in 1968. He is active as a committeeman for both Cub Pack
476 and Troop 476 in Middletown, MD and is an adult leader for Crew 758 Camp Catoctin.
Bruce received his B.A., magna cum laude from Muhlenberg College, his Master’s degree in Public Financial Management from The American University, and his law degree from Stetson University College of Law. He retired from federal service as a senior Federal government attorney in 2020 after 42 years of service with the IRS,
GSA, and the Federal Housing Administration.
In addition to Scouting, he has served on numerous corporate non-profit boards, and presently is a board member for Seminary Ridge
Museum and Educational Center in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
